Publisher and scope
Orbynia is an independent Aion 2 community companion published under the name Blazor. This policy covers orbynia.fr, its Discord bot interactions and connected Orbynia Live features. Email contactorbynia@gmail.com or contact Blazor privately through the Orbynia Discord or the site feedback button after signing in for data requests. Identify your account and request without providing passwords or tokens.
Discord account and security
Sign-in supplies your Discord ID, username and avatar reference. If you authorize server selection, the site stores IDs and names of servers you can manage. Sessions and expiration times are recorded; Orbynia does not receive your Discord password. Account features require identification. Technical data and logs may be processed for security, including a temporary IP address digest for administrator sign-in protection.
Characters, builds and automatic saving
Depending on use, the site stores characters, class, level, gear, skills, progression, builds, favourites, reactions, comments and routes. Screens offering automatic saving may send edits without another Save click: check their save indicator. Local drafts and settings belong to the browser; account saves are stored on the server. Selected visibility controls access to builds and routes.
Guilds, events and DKP
Guild data includes membership, permissions, applications and associated messages, events, registrations, rosters, Radio assignments, DKP balances and transactions, announcements and shared combat reports. Access depends on the feature and permissions. Authorized staff may edit member information, including a class synchronized with the active character. Site administrators may intervene to transfer an abandoned guild; leadership transfers are logged.
Discord messages and voice relay
Requested shares and enabled automatic delivery send the relevant content to Discord, visible to users who can access the selected channel: announcements, emoji reactions, news, events, rosters or combat reports. Reports may contain player names and statistics. Delivery requests and status are stored for retries. Deleting site data does not automatically delete Discord messages or copies. Site feedback is stored and may be forwarded privately to the configured administrator. The voice relay forwards selected raid leaders and Radios between configured channels during a session; the Orbynia relay does not record audio files. Participants must be informed before activation.
Screenshots, videos and Orbynia Live
Builder screenshot/video import analyses the selected image locally in your browser. This flow does not upload the source file to Orbynia; extracted, corrected and saved information may become part of a character or build. OCR resources may download from jsDelivr and Project Naptha. Other media publication features are separate. Orbynia Live locally processes captured combat data and, depending on mode, game images for text recognition. Settings and history remain on the PC. Local export creates the requested file; guild or Discord sharing sends the selected report. Account pairing uses a token lasting up to seven days, revocable through the connected account disconnection features.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data necessary for accounts, saves, guild features and requested sharing is processed to provide the chosen service. Security, abuse prevention, moderation and incident handling rely on legitimate interests in protecting the service and its users. Legal duties may require specific processing. Where consent is required, it must be collected separately and can be withdrawn for the future; reading this policy is not consent.
Hosting, recipients and external services
Authorized Orbynia administrators and technical providers access data needed for their tasks. The site uses hosting providers and Cloudflare services. Discord handles authentication, avatars, messaging and voice features. Maps and external media may load from external providers identified by their links. Some media is hosted by Orbynia; other media remains external. Loading external media discloses connection data including IP address to its provider, even when Orbynia only stores a link. Steam supplies public news and data fetched by the server. Providers apply their own policies: Cloudflare, Discord. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; contact the publisher for available information on locations and applicable safeguards.
Retention
Cookie lifetimes are listed on the Cookies page. Browser drafts and preferences remain until replaced or deleted. Local Orbynia Live history follows its configured retention period and user deletions. Characters, builds, contributions, guild data, reports and logs do not all have automatic fixed-period deletion: they remain until removed through available features or an applicable request is processed. Retention must remain limited to service, moderation or legal needs. Signing out, session expiry and clearing browser data do not delete the server account.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Use the contact methods above. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. The normal response period is one month, with extension and notice where permitted by the GDPR. You may complain to the CNIL. Do not place sensitive information in public announcements to exercise your rights.
